15. Press <Enter> to continue.
If you have entered the correct item number and location in the confir-
mation screen, when you press <Enter>, the order screen appears again
for this item. If you want to add more inventory to this order, repeat
steps 7-14 until the order is completed.
If you do no enter the correct item number and/or location information
in the confirmation screen, a screen appears with the following mes-
sage: “transaction failed!” item (or location) does not match!” when
you press the <Enter> key. You are then returned to the confirmation
screen. Enter the item number and location information again.
16. When you are finished with the process, press the <ESC> key to exit
this function and return to the Picking menu.
Stage Order or Stage Wave Option
The Stage Picking Order or Stage Wave function directs the operator
through the warehouse item by item and location by location to stage mate-
rial for an order or wave. The Stage Picking Order or Stage Wave function
is identical to the Pick Order function except that it does not relieve
inventory. The items are either moved to a Forward Pick Location for
processing or to a operator's Tote to be transported to a processing area.
Please note that the Wave feature is a part of the WMS RF Professional
version only.
Staging an
Order The Stage Order function retrieves item data of select orders for process-
ing.
1. From the Main menu, select <F2> to reach the Picking menu.
2. The Picking menu appears.
