When you are ready to continue, press the <Enter> key. The following
screen appears.

It is a confirmation screen, which asks you to confirm the “destina-
tion
” item number and location for the staged item. Enter the item
number in the Item # field and the location in the Location field. Press
the <Enter> key to continue.

13.

If you enter the correct item number and location, the stage order will
process and you will be returned to the item screen for the items con-
tained in this wave. If you want to continue to stage items in the wave,
repeat steps 4–12 for each item in the wave that you want to stage.
If you enter the item number or location incorrectly, a screen appears,
telling you that the transaction failed, and you are returned to the con-
firm destination screen. Re-enter the item number and location.

14.

After all the items have been staged, you are returned to the Picking
menu.

Picking
Staged Orders

The staging process moves items en mass to the forward pick location. The
Pick Order function can then process the wave orders individually.

Note: The picking process for staged orders is the same whether or not it
uses a wave, with this exception for a staged wave: in a staged wave, the
orders in the selected wave are available for picking.

1.
