This location can be the default location for the put-away process. It is
important to note the receiving location must be a valid WMS location.

Setting
Inventory
Options

At the Inventory tab, you are able to set a physical or cycle count thresh-
old warning for the RF Portable. When you do so, the recount can be trig-
gered by setting a percentage ratio in the Physical or cycle count
threshold warning
option. Any item differences above this percentage
ratio require confirmation and items below this percentage ratio are pro-
cessed without confirmation.

This feature can be set to update inventory on-hand quantities directly if
the option (Replace on-hand quantities) is set on the System Options
form/Options tab of the WMS workstation application. If the option is
turned off the new quantities can be confirmed and updated later from the
Inventoried cell of the Inventory Data form in the workstation applica-
tion via the Update Inventory button. For more information about updat-
ing on-hand quantities in this manner, please refer to the Inventory
Management chapter of the IntelliTrack WMS Workstation User Manual or
the WMS workstation application online help.

Click the Inventory tab to bring this section to the front.

Click the drop-down arrow in the Physical or cycle count threshold
warning
field and select the percentage ratio of item inventory at which
you want to receive a threshold warning.
