Messaging
With the Messaging function, the RF Server monitor can send messages to
the RF Portable users. This simple messaging system allows RF client
operators to communicate with each other or the RF server application.
Sending a
Message from
RF Server To send a message from the RF Server to a portable device, select Control
> Messages. The Messages form appears. Select the connection to which
you want to send a message in the Connections portion of the form. Next,
enter your message in the Message portion of the form and then click the
Do It button to send the message to the portable device.

1. To send a message from the portable to the RF Server, select F6 (Mes-
saging) from the Main menu in the portable device.
2. The WMS Messaging Menu appears.
