The pump is particularly
noisy.

• The pump does not suck
• The pump is too worn
• The pump sucks up air

• Replace the pump
• Control the oil level in the
relative tank

When the pump has been
activated oil does not arrive
at the hydraulic plant or it
arrives with low pressure,
which is not sufficient to
move the machine

• See point 1
• Max. press. valves not cali‑
brated or dirty
• Max. pressure valve seals
worn
• There is no correspondence
between the plug where the
remote control is connected
and the position of the key for
selecting the control position.

• See point 1
• Re‑calibrate or clean the
max. pressure valves
• Replace the max. pressure
valves
• Check key position
• Replae the fuses

Once the equipment has
been stabilised it is not pos‑
sible to detach the aerial part
from the supports in the rest
position

• See point 2
• The outriggers micro swit‑
ches do not close the contact
• The machine is not levelled
with the tolerance of 1°.
• The emergency stop button
in the basket is not correctly
inserted

• See point 2
• Adjust the outriggers
microswitches
• Level the machine with
tolerance of 1°.
• Check the key for emer‑
gency stop contact on the
basket

The machine’s superstructu‑
re does not support the work
platform with the nominal
load on board

• Dirty or faulty lock valves

• Disassemble and clean the
lock valves of the jacks that
do not support the load

During work with the aerial
part, the machine blocks and
does not move

• The emergency button has
been accidentally pressed
• The load cell has been acti‑
vated
• One of the outriggers has
lost contact with the ground

• Restore the neutral position
