To start PanelBuilder 900:
•
For computers running Windows 3.x:
– At the DOS prompt, type win and press ENTER .
– Double-click the PanelBuilder group icon in the Program
Manager.
– Double-click the PanelBuilder icon.
•
For computers running Windows 95:
– Click once on the Start button. Place the cursor over
Programs. You will see the Programs submenu.
– Place the cursor over PanelBuilder. You will see the
PanelBuilder submenu.
– Click on the PanelBuilder icon.
The startup screen opens showing copyright and release
information.

creating application screens.
