detection of foreign objects. Adjust
tolerances and settings of background

Set the minimum object size and the tolerance
to variations in position, area, and shape.

Set the minimum object area. Objects with
area less than this will be ignored.

Adjust the tolerance to changes in object shape.

Adjust the tolerance to changes in object size.

Adjust the tolerance to object movement.

Set the minimum background area. Holes in the
background with an area less than this will be
ignored.

Set the extra–area tolerance. If the area
between an object and the background exceeds
this percentage of the object area, a Foreign
object is detected.

1–color or 2–color object type, and enter the
total number of colors in all objects. Select
