Use the toolbars
The toolbars provide another convenient way to perform an action quickly. You can
customize your workspace by dragging the toolbars to any location on the screen. You can
also dock them to the inside edges of the FactoryTalk View Studio workspace.
To show a toolbar
 On the View menu, select Toolbars, and then click the toolbar to show.
The menu shows a check mark beside the toolbars that are already open.
To undock a toolbar
 Click the double “grab bars” at the left or top of the toolbar, and then drag. Press the
Ctrl key to prevent accidental redocking.
Click the grab bars and drag to
undock a docked toolbar.
Click the title bar and drag to move
a floating (undocked) toolbar.
Click the Close button
to close the toolbar.
