FILE NAME STRUCTURE
A new file automatically generates a generic file name.

Job Name
The file structure consists of 3 parts:
• First part signifies the file is a job
• Second part represents the file creation date
• Third part indicates the time of file creation. The time used is in a 24
hour clock format (0000 represents 12:00 a.m. and 2300 represents
11:00 p.m.)
FILE TYPES
Four file types exist and are identified by the first letter of the file name.
Curve file - C_020110-1351
Line (AB) file - L-020110-1357
Pivot file - P_020410-1121
Job file - J_011410-0034
