1.

Return the setpoint to its normal value.

2.

To adjust the Analog Full Scale setpoint, enter 1.00E-1 (a value less than the background reading) into
setpoint 5, Analog Output Full Scale setpoint.

3.

Adjust the appropriate full scale adjust potentiometer per the Analog Output Test Points table as
required. The output signal may be measured at the terminals listed in the Analog Output Test
Terminals table shown above.

4.

Return Setpoint 3 to its normal value.

5.

If adjustments are required, repeat steps 1 through 6 as required to ensure both measurements
remain within the required tolerance.

6.

When a local indicator is provided, the mechanical meter zero adjustment screw may be adjusted to
obtain a true "zero" reading. (The power to the readout should be turned off to obtain a true zero.)

7.

To adjust the full-scale response of the local indicator, repeat steps 4 through 6. Potentiometer R1,
located inside the local indicator enclosure, may be adjusted as required to obtain full-scale meter
deflection.

8.

If the proper voltages cannot be achieved, return the unit to Cardinal Health, Radiation Management
Services for repair.
