2 – Names and Functions of Parts
4 Playback file number/total number of files
This shows the current file number and the total number of files in the
current playback area.
5 Power supply status
This icon shows the power supply status. See “5 Power supply status” on
page 19 for details.
6 Photo mode slide show status
The icon shows when a slide show is playing.
7 Self-timer function status
Shows whether or not the self-timer is ON. An icon appears when ON.
No indicator : Self-timer function OFF
: Self-timer function ON (set 2 seconds)
: Self-timer function ON (set 10 seconds)
8 F1( ) button function
This shows the function currently assigned to the F1( ) button.
SELF TIMER : Cycles through the self-timer settings.

9 File information
Shows the name of the current file shown.
NOTE
File names in Japanese and other languages that use multibyte encodings
cannot be shown correctly.
0 F2 button function
This shows the function currently assigned to the F2 button.
DELETE : Use to open the FILE DELETE pop-up and confirm file
deletion. (See “Deleting the selected file” on page 73.)

time.
