7 – Video and Audio Playback
Adding files to a playlist
1. Press the MENU button to open the MENU screen.
2. Use the Pointing Stick to select the BROWSE menu item and then press
the center of the Pointing Stick to open the BROWSE screen.
NOTE
For an explanation of how to use the BROWSE Screen, see “6 – Working with
files and folders on the BROWSE screen” on page 56.
3. Press 5 and b to select the file you want to add to a playlist and press
the center of the Pointing Stick to open a pop-up window.
NOTE
For details about how to select the file, see “Navigating the BROWSE screen”
on page 56.
4. Use the Pointing Stick to select Add List.
5. Press the center of the Pointing Stick to add the selected file to the
playlist and close the pop-up window.
6. Repeat steps 3–5 as necessary to add more files to the playlist. The files
are numbered in the order that they are added.
Editing a playlist
View the playlist you have made on the PLAYLIST screen. Use this screen
also to play back files and edit the playlist.
1. Press the MENU button to open the MENU screen.
2. Use the Pointing Stick to select the PLAYLIST menu item and then
press the center of the Pointing Stick to open the PLAYLIST screen.
