2 – Names and Functions of Parts
Using menus
The following example explains how to change the playback area.
1. Press the MENU button to open the MENU screen.
2. Use the Pointing Stick to select a menu item and press the center to open
the selected settings screen. (The selected item has an orange frame.)

3. Press 5 and b to select the item that you want to set. (The selected
item has an orange background.)
PLAY AREA selected on the Play Option screen
4. Press t or press the center of the Pointing Stick to open the setting
options pop-up. (The current setting has an orange background.)
5. Press 5 and b to change the setting.
