9.5 Failure Trace Read Function (FTRC-RD)

[Outline]

Reads the failure trace data and stores them in the user register. The data in the trace buffer can be
read out upon designating the number of records needed. Either the failure occurrence data or the
restoration data are designated for readout. Enables the reset (initialization) of the failure trace buffer.
