9.6 Inverter Trace Read Function (ITRC-RD)

[Outline]

Reads out the trace data of the inverter and stores this data in the user registers. The data in the trace
buffer can be read out upon designating the number of records needed. The readout can be performed
upon designating just the necessary items in the record.
