Job Accounting
ADVANCED OPERATION GUIDE 4-11
1 Display the Job Accounting screen, refer to Access the Job Accounting
Screen, on page 4-3.
2 Press S or T to select Each Job
Accounting TL and press [Enter].
The output counts for individual
accounts display.
3 To clear the counter, press
S or
T to select the ID-code and press
[Enter].
A confirmation screen displays.
Press
S or T to select Yes and press [Enter].
4 On completion, press S or T to
select End and press [Enter].
Enabling Job Accounting
Use to switch the Job Accounting function On or Off.
1 Display the Job Accounting screen, refer to Access the Job Accounting
Screen, on page 4-3.
2 Press S or T to select Job
Accounting On/Off and press
[Enter].
3 Press S or T to select Off or On
and press [Enter].
4 Press [Reset].
If you have selected On, the ID-code screen displays.
