Sets AP-5131 system parameters.

Appendix A for information on the two-character country codes.
set name <name> Sets the AP-5131 system name to <name> (1 to 59 characters). The AP-5131
does not allow intermediate space characters between characters within the
system name. For example, “ap5131 sales” must be changed to “ap5131sales”
to be a valid system name.
loc <loc> Sets the AP-5131 system location to <loc> (1 to 59 characters).
email <email> Sets the AP-5131 admin email address to <email> (1 to 59 characters).
cc <code> Sets the AP-5131 country code using two-letters <code>.
