Rung 2:0 is an example of a Message Read that operates when B3/0
toggles 0 > 1. Rung 2:1 is the message instruction operating on a
continuous basis. Rung 2:2 is a Message Write example. The data monitor
screens associated with the message commands are shown below each
rung.
