0 Select a type of data to be transmitted from the following in the section “ITEM” on the menu.
Use rotary encoder “2” to make a selection.
• ALL .............................................. This setting transmits all the internal information of the unit.
• SYSTEM ...................................... This setting transmits system setting information such as utility settings.
• MEMORY ............................ ....... This setting transmits the data stored in memory.
Only the memory number you choose can be selected and transmitted. (Refer
to procedure 5.)
• BANK............................................ This setting transmits the data inside the bank set in the “MIDI CONTROL”
menu.
Only the bank you choose can be selected and transmitted in the same way as
MEMORY. (Refer to procedure 5.)
• ASSIGN........................ .......... . This setting transmits the data set in the “REMOTE ASSIGN” menu.
• EVENT.......................................... This setting transmits the data set in the “TIME CODE EVENT” menu.
® When “MEMORY” or “BANK” is selected, memory number (or bank name for BANK) should be specified
by using the rotary encoder “3”.
Selecting “ALL” enables transmitting data of all the memories or banks together.
® After deciding the data content to be transmitted with the unit, start the bulk recording on the receiving side.
When receiving with DEQ5(E), no operation is required for receiving.
@ After starting the receiving side, start the data transmission by pressing “STORE/ENTER” key on the unit.
