The difference between the two output matrices are due to the following reasons:
• Method of processing—Matlab uses sequential processing while Modelsim uses parallel processing.

• Method of conversion—Matlab first computes in double-precision format, and then only converts the

result into single-precision format. During this conversion, some units in the last place (ulp) are

expected to be lost.
