MAINTENANCE PROCESS
• You will need access to the onstage portion of the hoist
to do part of the maintenance work and also on the offstage
side at the electrical cabinet.

7/32" Allen head screws

• These two 7/32" Allen head screws that is at the onstage
end of the hoist will want to be removed. This is a cover for
both the Drum Shaft and the Acme Screw. You will not have
to completely remove this cover but instead pull it down out of
the channels.
• This is the end view that you will see of the Drum Shaft and
Acme Screw (albeit without covers on).
