be used when contacting Fargo Technical Support as needed for the HDP 820 Card Printer.

Step Procedure
1 Read the suggested Sections of the Technical Service and Maintenance Manual in
order to troubleshoot the Card Printer.
As needed, contact the Fargo Technical Support Group by phone at
(952) 941-0050 or by fax at (952) 941-1852 for additional, technical assistance.

2 Position a phone near the Printer and Computer so Fargo technicians can help to
