Safety Precautions

To protect both yourself and the equipment, observe the following safety
precautions.

Connect the ESD connector to your server and wear the wrist strap or foot
strap when handling printed circuit boards. There are two antistatic strap
attachment points on the chassis:
1. Right side towards the front
2. Left side towards the rear

ESD mat

ESD

An approved ESD mat provides protection from static damage when used
with a wrist strap or foot strap. The mat also cushions and protects small
parts that are attached to printed circuit boards.

Place the board or component in the ESD safe packaging box after you
remove it.
