TEST FAILED* No SDRAM failed the boot
initialization test. SDRAM
DIMM may not be
properly installed. Cycle power to see if the message
clears, if not, contact your
authorized service representative.

PROGRAM MISSING* Yes The printer does not see
a program in flash
memory. There is no program in printer
memory. Download an emulation.
B13 ERROR: NOT
COMPATIBLE* No Attempting to download a
program that is not
compatible with the
printer. Cycle power to see if the message
clears, if not, contact your
authorized service representative.

RETURNED* No The message indicates
an incorrectly assembled
and tested machine. Cycle power to see if the message
