Starting and Stopping Measurement and Recording

In situations where the MX100 cannot be connected to a PC, this function can be used to
acquire data on the MX100 by itself.
You can start and stop measurement and saving of data to the CF card by holding down
the CF card control switch for five seconds (the

5s-SW function).

CAUTION

Do not use the 5 s-SW function when the MX100 and PC software are connected.
The PC software will experience an error.

Note

• You can connect to the PC software after starting saving of data to the CF card using the

5 s-SW function.

• The CF card can only be removed or inserted while in idle mode.
