Background color adjustment
Background color adjustment (displayed as
BACKGROUND COLOR
ADJ.
) allows you to eliminate or change the color that appears on the
copies as a result of the copy module trying to reproduce the color or
texture of the original media. For example, newspapers are printed on
media that the copy module will try to reproduce, creating an
unwanted effect. This feature allows a user to change or eliminate this
effect.
Background Color cannot be used in combination with the following
modes:

Black Text setting in the Basic Features screen (See page 104.)

Black Monochrome mode (the
