Entering characters on the touch panel
display

Alphabetical characters are used to personalize the entry modes on
the copy module. For example, you can assign a name to a color
balance setting or to a mode key.

To enter characters, use the alphabetical keys that appear in the
touch panel display. You can enter alphabetical characters (upper
case or lower case) and special characters.

Note

The modes that you select and the number of characters that you
enter may vary. Up to 10 characters can be entered depending on the
mode to be stored. A special character is counted as two normal
characters. Enter numbers using the numeric keys on the copy
module control panel.
