Enlarging or reducing originals 85
Using the manual Zoom feature
To enlarge or reduce in 1%
increments
If you do not want to use a preset image
size, you can manually enlarge or reduce
copied images to any ratio from 25% to
400% of the original size.
1 After placing your original on the
glass or in the optional ADF, press
ZOOM
.
2 Press

+
to adjust the copy ratio
up or down in 1% increments. You
also can enter the exact copy ratio
using the numeric keys. Press
DONE
,
and then press S TART on the copy
module control panel to begin the
copy job.
Note
Press C (clear) on the copy module
control panel to cancel the entered
values.
Press
DIR
(direct) in the basic features
screen to return to direct copying
(100%).
