Displaying a Container’s Write Cache Status

The

write cache status setting

attribute indicates the

current state of the write cache for the container and, where
appropriate, the status of the controller’s battery.

To display a container’s write cache status, use the

container

show cache

command, as in the following example. In the

example, the Write Cache Status item shows that the write cache
status is Inactive, cache disabled. See the

container show

cache

command in the Command Line Interface Reference Guide for a

list of values that can appear in the Write Cache Status item.
