time is set to 20 milliseconds (that is, 20 milliseconds = 200 x 100
microseconds).

HPN0> diagnostic moderation show timer

Executing: diagnostic moderation show Timer

The moderation timer is currently set to 200.

Loading Containers

When in maintenance mode, you use the

diagnostic

load_containers

command to load containers and partition

tables from the disks into the controller’s memory. If any disk
partition structures have changed, this command causes those
changes to be reflected in the container and partition lists in the
controller memory. If you add disks to the controller, the

diagnostic load_containers

command enables you to use

those disks.

The

diagnostic load_containers

command is similar to the

controller rescan

command, except that it does not rescan

SCSI channels. See Rescanning a Controller on page 3-12 for
information on the

controller rescan

command.

To load containers, use the

diagnostic load_containers

command, as in the following example. In the example, the All boot
time parameters cleared to default values

line indicates that all boot

time parameters have been cleared to the default values.

HPN0> diagnostic load containers

Executing: diagnostic load_containers

All boot time parameters cleared to default values.
