Working with Remote Management

To display whether a computer’s connection information is locked
or unlocked in the network connection database, use the

remote

list

command, as in the following example. In the example, the

Lock Status

column indicates U, which means that the connection

record in the network connection database for the
\\\TIGERNET\\BULLDOG

computer is unlocked.

Displaying the Computer Name

The

computer name

attribute indicates the domain and name of a

computer that is running the RSMA and whose connection record
resides in the network connection database.

To display the name of all computers in a domain that are running
the RMSA and whose connection record resides in the network
connection database, use the

remote list

command, as in the

following example. In the example, the Computer column indicates
\\\TIGERNET\\BULLDOG

, which means that the

\\\TIGERNET\\BULLDOG computer is running the RMSA and
its connection record resides in the network connection database.
