Check the Air-Conditioner Sight Glass
The air-conditioner sight glass should be checked to
see if the system is functioning properly .
The receiver/drier () is located on the rear, left hand
hood support . Check the sight glass (2) on the top of
the receiver tank every 250 hours . If clear, the system
is in good condition; if bubbles flow across the sight
glass with the engine running, the system may be low
on refrigerant . If the glass is cloudy, it is an indication
that the system is contaminated with moisture . When
moisture is present, the dryer will have to be replaced
by a qualified air-conditioning service technicians .

WARNING: NEVER LOOSEN, OR DISCONNECT
ANY OF THE HOSES IN THE AIR-CONDITIONING
SYSTEM.
THE AIR-CONDITIONER HOSES ARE UNDER
PRESSURE AT ALL TIMES, EVEN WHEN THE
TRACTOR IS NOT RUNNING.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SERVICE THE AIR-
CONDITIONING SYSTEM. IT IS POSSIBLE
TO SUFFER SEVERE FROSTBITE OR INJURY
FROM
ESCAPING
REFRIGERANT.
SPECIAL
EQUIPMENT AND INSTRUMENTS ARE REQUIRED
TO SERVICE THE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
