c) Properties

The tab Properties consists of many tabs, which are described in the separate chapter. This tab is

exceptional, because almost for all its parameters you can use hierarchical structure. This structure

and description of all parameters is situated in the chapter 9.1 Setting up the properties tab.

Profiles & Time conditions

Created user profiles you can assign to the specific time conditions in the menu

Routing – Users

and Groups – Profiles

on the tab Profiles & Time conditions. Context menu on this tab has only

two options:
Add – With this option you can add new row into the table. During adding you have to choose one of

the given time conditions, which you want to use for this row. Within one user you can use each time

condition only once. After using of all time conditions is option Add unavailable until you create

another time condition.
Remove – This option is used for removing of the table rows.
To specific time condition you can assign only one profile, which you want to use during

corresponding time. However for different time conditions you can use same user profiles. If you

want to switch user profiles according to settings on this tab, you have to check option Automatic

profile switching, which you can find in the menu

Phone books

The tab Phone books you can find in the menu

a) If you select one of the user groups on the left side of this tab, you will see the list of phone books

assigned to this user group. Via context menu you can use following options:
Add – This option is used for adding phone books to the selected group. Specific phone book you can

choose from the list of all suitable phone books.
Delete – With this option you can remove selected phone book from this user group.
Even in the case of phone books you can use benefits of hierarchical structure described in the

chapter 9.1 Setting up the properties tab. The phone books assigned on the group level are used

also by users of these groups and their subgroups.
b) If you select one of the users on the left side of this tab, you will see his phone book on the right

side. Count of records in this phone book is limited by parameter Max. user tel. nums. which you

can find on the tab Basic within the tab Properties. Originally is value of this parameter set to ten

records. Context menu within this menu contains following options:
Add – With this option you can add next row of the user phone book. This option is unavailable if you

add last possible row of this phone book.
Delete – With this option you can remove selected row from this user phone book.
Delete all – With this option you can remove all rows from this user phone book at once.
Export – With this option you are able to export actual user's phone book into the xml or csv file.
Import – With this option you are able to import user's phone book from xml or csv file.
The user phone book consists of twelve columns with following meaning:
Nick name – It shows the nickname of each record. Above all is this column used for easier

searching within the phone book.
Name – It shows name of the user, which pertains to this record. This name is shown on the display

of calling or called user.
