Name – It shows name of the station for which was this record created. This name will be displayed

on your phone.
Scheme – In this column you can set if entered string have to represent number or URI.
Subtype – In this column you can set subtype of entered number. You can choose between subtypes

Unknown, Internal, Local, National and International. It is active only if you use for this record

scheme number.
Number/URI – This column represents phone numbers (event. URI), which have to be entered in

the format according to the selected subtype.
Ring pattern – In this column you can assign different ring patterns for each record of this phone

book. This ring tone will be used if calling party number of incoming call corresponds with specific

record of this phone book. If this ring pattern isn't set, default pattern of the final destination will be

used.
Last six columns in this tab are used for setting of forwarding for each contact. For each forwarding

type serves one pair of columns. Within the first column of each pair you can set up destination type

for forwarding and within the second one you have to set up specific destination of the selected type.

This forwarding has higher priority than forwarding set within the tab "Forwarding" or

"Forwarding-exceptions"!

8.5.3 Group phone books (generated)

Each group of users has its own generated phone book, which is filled with users or stations

according to parameter Generate phone books from users from the menu

. Each change in name, number, scheme or subtype is automaticaly made also within

generated phone book. This phone book you can find in the menu

Within context menu on the right side of the menu you can use following optionst:
Find (F3) – It could be used for searching of the specific records within the selected phone book.

Only whole first words with respect to lower and upper cases can be searched.
Find next (F5) – This option is used for repeated searching of one string. This string have to be

entered into function Find (F3) at first.
Export – With this option you can export current phone book into the xml or csv file.
The phone book tab in this menu consists of individual records, which are devided into twelve

columns with following meaning:
Nickname – In this column you can set name which will be used for easier searching within the

phone book.
Name – It shows name of the station for which was this record created. This name will be displayed

on your phone.
Scheme – In this column you can set if entered string have to represent number or URI.
Subtype – In this column you can set subtype of entered number. You can choose between subtypes

Unknown, Internal, Local, National and International. It is active only if you use for this record
