this station can't be created and you will be warn. Each station has to be assigned to specific user.

This step is also done within this dialogue box. Futhermore you have to fill in the station number

and if you are creating external station, you have to fill in the routing number too (number for call

routing within other networks). In the case of external station you can also check the option Resend

SMS, which enables to resend all incoming SMS messages to the external station.

Delete – With this option you can delete selected station.
Rename – With this option you can rename selected station. If you fill in already existing name, you

will be warn.
Find – It could be used for searching of the specific station within the large firm databases. You can

search stations according to the name or to the number. Searched name or number doesn't need to

be complete (it is enough to set only part of the string).
Find next – It could be used for subsequent searching of the same string, which was before set

within the function Find. This option is unavailable until you fill in searched string into the function

Find.

Basic

If you select one of the station, you will see three tab on the right side of this menu – Basic,

Properties and Profiles. The tab Basic contains following parameters:
Name - It shows only the name of the selected station.
Number - This number is so called internal station number, which is used for outgoing

identification of this station. In the case of external station, isn't this number used for identification,

because external station uses for identification so called routing number. Routing number is also

used for call routing to another networks (e.g. GSM network). You can realize an outgoing call to

external station via short dialing. When the PbX determines, that you are calling to the external

station, originally called number is forgotten and replaced by the routing number of specific external

station. Another call routing is realized with this number.
User – It shows name of the current user. With this option you can also assign selected station to

another user.
Type – With this option you can assign selected station to the specific station type. It could be used

for easier set up of more parameters which are common for some group of stations (e.g. for setting

up the outgoing routing via specific GSM bundle for all external stations).
