Own files
Own files
This section shows all files uploaded by user to the PbX, which can be used as sources for progress.
Context menu of this section has following functions:
Add – Is used for adding record. This record is then used as source for progress. After creating it has
no file. It has to be uploaded via section Own files source.
Rename – With this function you can rename selected record.
Delete – With this function you can delete selected record.
Delete record but keep file – With this function you can delete selected record, but keep its
uploaded file in the PbX.
Backup file to local disk – With this function you can download file of selected record to your local
disk.
Own files sources
Within this section you can upload own file and assign it to the created record in section Own files list.
Context menu of this section has following functions:
Add – With this option you can upload file with announcement for selected record.
Add record for existing file – With this option you can create record for existing file.
Delete – With this option you can delete file of selected record.
Delete record but keep file – With this function you can delete selected record, but keep its
uploaded file in the PbX.
Related progress list
In this section of screen are listed all progresses which are using upwards selected own file. You are
able to use there all functions from context menu as on the tab Progress list.

meaning of theirs parameters is described in part Progress list.
Tones
Tones
This section displays all tones of the PbX, which can be used as sources for progresses. Context menu
of this section has following functions:
Add – With this function you can add new tone.
Rename – With this function you can rename selected tone.
Delete – With this function you can delete selected tone.
Delete all – With this function you can delete all tones.
Derive – This option is used for creating copy of selected tone.
Add default tones – With this option you are able to complete list of default tones in the case that
