9.1 Setting the properties tab

Fall-down hierarchy

All parameters on the tab Properties are used according to the fall-down hierarchy of the PbX. It

means, that if you set some parameter on one specific level it isn't certain that it will be used. Each

level of this fall-down hierarchy has preset priority. Following figure defines all levels of used fall-

down hierarchy. Higher situated levels have also higher priority.

From this figure implies that the highest priority have parameters set on the level of station profile

and the lowest priority parameters set on the level of carrier type. If specific parameter is set to the

value Default on some level, another setting on the lower level is seeked for this parameter. If

parameter isn't set on any level (Default is set on all levels), the PbX uses value preset by the source

code.

The tab Properties you can find in the menu

figure). The tab Properties consists of twelve subtabs, where are parameters logically divided

according to their function. Some of these parameters are used only on couple of levels, because they

haven't any sense on the other levels. Following text brings explanation of all parameters, which you
