7.2.2 DISA
DISA
The routing object DISA (Direct Inward System Access) is used for automatic call acceptance.
Subsequent you can dial another digits via DTMF and route call through the PbX to the requested
destination. In conjunction with suitable routers, you can create complex IVR structure. Frequently is
this routing object used on the GSM and CO carriers, where you have to "manually" accept incoming
calls if you want to give opportunity to the calling user to influence routing.
DISA setting
Routing object DISA you can set up in the menu
Routing – Routing objects – DISA
. On the left
side of the menu is displayed list of created DISA objects. Via context menu you can DISA objects
add, delete or rename. After selecting one of the DISA objects is on the right side of the menu
displayed its configuration. Following figure shows example of the DISA configuration.
