CFU – Call Forwarding Unconditional – This parameter sets unconditional forwarding to the voicemail.

It means that all incoming calls will be forwarded directly to the voicemail if no profile is active (and

no exceptions are set).
CFEC – Call Forwarding on Error Cause – This parameter sets forwarding to the voicemail in the case

of busy user or in the case of other error cause detection (e.g. call rejection).
Send to user mail – With this option you can send recorded message to the user e-mail or only

store it into the PbX. If you didn't fill in the user e-mail address on the tab Basic, this service isn't

available.
Delete oldest at no space – With this option you can enable removing of the oldest voice

messages. It could be useful when you haven't enough space for new voice messages.
Can set greeting – With this option you can enable or disable recording of the voicemail progress

tone via service VM Record Greeting (*35).
Primary mail account – With this parameter you can define SMTP client which will be used for

sending voicemails of this user.
Secondary mail account – With this parameter you can define SMTP client which will be used for

sending voicemails of this user in the case of functionless primary SMTP client.
Mail subject – With this option you can define mail subject of voicemails. Except static text you are

able to use some dynamic strings with following meaning:

%u – Name of called user.

%n – Name of calling user.

%c – Number of calling user.

%d – Date and time of voicemail creation.

Messages

The tab Messages is used for setting up of outgoing routing for SMS messages and you can find it in

the menu

Routing – Users and Groups

. In the case of this tab is the setting on the group and user

level identical, but the setting on the user level has higher priority. The basic routing object for

messages is user, which has to be identified with his internal number. The tab Messages consists of

following parameters and options:
Repeat at fail – This option enables repeating at fail. Fail means situation, when the PbX isn't able to

send outgoing messages to the GSM network. It could be caused by the GSM network or by problems

with signal quality. It doesn't refer to the situation when the remote GSM station is off.
Time for message repeat [s] – This parameter sets interval between subsequent attempts. Preset

value is 120s.
Destination – In this part you can set routing for outgoing SMS messages.
Type – It defines type of the routing object, where will be the SMS message routed.
Id – It defines specific object within the object type defined above.

Destinace for external station
Type – It defines another type of the routing object, where will be the SMS message routed if it have

to be routed to the external station of this user.
Id – It defines specific object within the object type defined above.
Maxim. messages count – This parameter sets maximum count of the SMS messages which can be

stored in the PbX. Each other SMS message will overwrite the oldest one.
