If you are unable to connect to your PBX, please check whether:
the PBX has been switched on;
the PBX has been connected to the network;
both sides have the same IP address and port;
the used communication port has been opened;
the appropriate firmware and configuration tool versions are used;
the used communication port is not blocked by your antivirus software.
