Function:
ƒ For starting the counting process the internal gate has to be opened.
– The counter counts backwards from the loading value.
– If the counter reaches the final value +1 in the negative direction, it skips to the
loading value at the next count pulse and the internal gate is closed automatically.
ƒ For starting the counting process again, the internal gate has to be opened again.
– The counter starts from the loading value.
– You can also count above the upper counting limit.
