Configures Real Time Location System (RTLS) parameters
This enables the Controller to provide complete visibility to the location of assets and thereby
enabling location based service.
Supported in the following platforms:
• Mobility RFS4000 Controller
• Mobility RFS6000 Controller
• Mobility RFS7000 Controller
