C3_M9K_BIT_SKIP
Directs the fitter to skip certain bitlines in Cyclone III M9K blocks when implementing the specificed
RAM or ROM cell. The default remapping behavior is determined by the overall RAM Bit Reservation
fitter setting, accessible from the More Fitter Settings page of the Settings dialog. This setting can be used
to override that behavior for a specified RAM. Refer to the description of the global setting for more
details of the setting values.
