ECO_OPTIMIZE_TIMING
Controls whether the fitter optimizes to meet the user's maximum delay timing requirements (eg. clock
cycle time, Tsu, Tco) during ECO compiles. By default, this option is set to off. Turning it on can improve
timing performance at the cost of compilation time.
