FALLBACK_TO_EXTERNAL_FLASH
During power up, if the default internal configuration image is corrupted, the device will look for primary
fallback image in internal flash, if it is also corrupted and if secondary fallback is been enabled, image
store in external Flash will be use. This option is only valid when Internal Configuration scheme is
selected and to be use with multi images.
