MERGE_EQUIVALENT_BIDIRS
Allows the Compiler to merge electrically equivalent bidirectional inputs. You must also enable the cross-
boundary optimizations feature for this partition using the CROSS_BOUNDARY_OPTIMIZATIONS
assignment.
