OUTPUT_BUFFER_DELAY
Specifies the delay value (in ps) for the Programmable Output Buffer Delay. Turning on this feature
should improve the output duty cycle at the cost of worse timing across the output buffer.

Notes
This assignment supports Fitter wildcards.

set_instance_assignment -name OUTPUT_BUFFER_DELAY -to <to> -entity <entity
