XCVR_TX_VCM_CTRL_SRC
Controls the VCM driver (pulldown/pullup) dynamically from user signals when you set this assignment
to DYNAMIC_CTL for QPI protocol. The default setting (RAM_CTL) causes the
XCVR_TX_COMMON_MODE_VOLTAGE assignment to determine the state of the VCM driver.
