TURBO_BIT
Controls the speed vs. power usage trade-off for a macrocell (that is, for an embedded cell within an
Embedded System Block [ESB] that is set to use Product Term mode). If the Turbo Bit is on, the
macrocell's speed increases; if it is off, its power consumption decreases. This option is ignored if you
select 'ROM' or 'LUT' as the setting for the Technology Mapper option.
