Incremental Compilation Assignments
ABSORB_PATHS_FROM_OUTPUTS_TO_INPUTS
Allows the Compiler to optimize connections from a partition's outputs to its inputs by making the path
internal to the partition. You must also enable the cross-boundary optimizations feature for this partition
using the CROSS_BOUNDARY_OPTIMIZATIONS assignment.
